Knowledge: the argument

AI can make scattered knowledge easier to find: policies, project history, customer context, operational lessons, technical detail, and the informal understanding that often lives in a few long memories.

The goal is not a larger archive. It is knowledge that travels to the people who can use it, in a form they can trust.

That requires choices about source quality, ownership, permissions, and what should remain private or contextual rather than universally available.

Knowledge is useful when people can find it, trust it, and know its limits.
